Mission Statement
As an academic teacher of philosophy and ethics, one of my core aims is to engage students in critical thinking and to facilitate a fruitful dialogue. Philosophy should also leave room for curiosity, creativity and self-reflection.
Many topics that we will examine in class are important not only from an academic point of view, but affect your own experience as an individual and society as a whole.
With my professional background in didactics, I use a variety of teaching methods.
We will cover a range of classwork via presentations, instructions and plenary discussion. Together with group work and individual learning they build grounds to reach different learning types and to keep lessons versatile.
